How
do I choose my projects? Shown below are some of our most
popular, pre-designed projects. We change these listings
seasonally or when we have a new project we think will appeal to a wide
audience. Choosing from this list makes your event fast and easy
– everything is already designed and sample pictures are already
available.
Do I have to choose from your pre-designed
projects? If you like something else on our website or have
something different in mind, just let us know and we’ll do what we can
to help create your project.
Does my group receive a discount?
Each pre-designed project has a regular and group price listed with
it. Just click on the picture and the pricing will come up.
Group pricing applies to orders of 10 or more of the exact same item –
same color, size, font etc.
Do you provide the wood and other materials?
Listed with the pricing is a price with wood or without wood. If
you live in Utah and can pick up your wood, we would be glad to do it
for you. We find that it is not very cost-efficient to ship wood
or tile. We use standard sizes of tile and wood, so it works to
your benefit to try and find someone locally who could cut your wood
for you. We will provide you with sizes so that this can be
done. Other projects that include ribbon, flowers, etc vary by
project, so just ask. You are responsible for providing your own
paint. We will provide you with a list of colors for your
projects.
How much notice do you need for our order?
Orders and payments are due at the same time. We will begin work
on your order once payment has been received.
Ordering deadlines
Notification Required: Please contact us regarding your event at least 30 days in advance so we can ensure product availability! Large orders take time to fill.
Local Utah Pick-up:
We like to have orders and payments in 10-14 days before your event.
Items can be picked up in Syracuse or Kaysville, Utah. We accept
local checks, money orders, or paypal payment.
Shipped & Out of State
orders: We like to have orders and payments in 17-21 days
before your event to allow for adequate shipping time. We accept
money orders or paypal payment.
Please contact us at least 30 days in advance to check the availability of product for your event date. We’ll do what we can to help your event be successful.
